If you are not happy with your purchase or if you change your mind, please inform us within 14 days from date of purchase. The returned items will be inspected for damages in our workshop before a refund of the purchase price is made. In case of a damage occurring in transit from my workshop to the delivery address, you are obliged to take photographs of the damage as evidence. You are also asked to inform us of such damage without delay. Otherwise your eligibility for a refund is obsolete.
